Have you heard about the benefits of Kale?
It has a lot of vitamin K. Not good for someone on blood thinners like Coumadin. Beans and rice or beans and corn eaten together are the closest thing to muscle building proteins. True vegans can use this as they eat no meats at all. As compared to vegetarians.
Which kale is the best?
It’s great that you buy organic so do I. Really there are many different types of all vegetables just like there are over 500 verities of potatoes and in each verity has different potatoes leading to thousands and each have their own benefit. They may vary in taste some can be more bitter than others and also nutrition as sometimes they are either grown in different earth or places and even grow differently and of course they can naturally have their own separate benefits. The best to do is what I always do which ever type I find I buy if different sorts of verities are available in one store then of course I buy one time and another the next then it’s up to you to choose which you like best or even better mix them together.
If you’re making juices with them I believe choosing the
best tasting one will be best since they you will benefit from all types
regardless. Again some kale types are more better so like I said if you will
choose the less bitter or mix it with other veggies to hide the taste like red
beets which are sweet or carrots.
